Aakshi Mehta, Director Operations at La Joie, is a dynamic education professional driven by a deep commitment to shaping meaningful learning environments. Her vision centres on cultivating academic ecosystems that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confident self-expression in every child.

With a strong emphasis on holistic development, Ms. Mehta has steadily contributed to redefining progressive early-years education within the city. Her work and leadership have earned distinguished recognition at national platforms. In 2021, she was nominated among the Top 100 Inspirational Women of the Year by Jaipur’s I CAN Foundation, acknowledging her role in advancing opportunities for women in leadership. Earlier, in 2020, she received the Women of Excellence Award from the Indian Achievers’ Forum for her outstanding professional accomplishments.

A lifelong learner and passionate educator, Ms Mehta continues to enrich her practice through advanced pedagogical studies, including Waldorf Education, with a particular focus on “Educating the Child of the 21st Century.” Her academic interests reflect a thoughtful blend of creativity, child psychology, and experiential learning.

Specialising in curriculum design and the creative orchestration of child-centric experiences, Ms Mehta’s expertise is shaped by rigorous academic engagement and international mentorship. Under renowned music and movement experts such as Denise Gagné (Canada) and Helen Battelley (UK), she has developed a distinctive command over interactive performance, storytelling, storyboarding, speech, drama, and vocabulary development. Her creative lens and educational intuition remain deeply valued at La Joie’s learning culture.

In 2025, she was honoured with the prestigious Ajaya Women Achiever’s Award, presented at the Mahila Samman Samaroh, recognising her impactful contributions and leadership.
